STEP Towards Wellness
Ohlone Employee Fitness and Wellness Program
Spring Semester 2014
Purpose:
Mobilize the Ohlone campus community in managing disruptions in parking.
Goal:
Promote health and wellness among faculty and staff as a positive response to the parking situation.
Objectives:
- Participants will be able to develop a personal fitness program for spring semester.
- Participants will be able to describe the connection between physical health and mental health.
- Participants will be to identify at least two sources of support to achieve their fitness program goal.

Registration & Program Participation
- Registration will take place from January 20 – January 31, 2014
- To register, please click here
- Tracking of individual progress be completed by Student Health Center staff; link to be sent out in weekly email (which will include tip for the week, featured event for the week, updates, etc.)
- Information about the program will be on the STEP Up website
Prizes
- All participants will receive a certificate of recognition for achieving their goals
- Grand prize for individual who earned the highest number of steps
- Grand prize for the team who earned the highest number of steps
